Luxury Lawn Services understands that once in awhile, you need some extra help. Whether you are going on vacation, illness or your lawn just needs a little special attention. All of our services are available for a one-time service. Our prices vary and in most cases, one of our professional lawncare techs will come by to give you the most accurate quote for the job you need done.

We always offer a Free and No Obligation quote to all our customers.

We offer a variety of Services from one-time service to regular weekly maintenance to landscape design and install and even irrigation system installs! We feel our prices are very competitive for the excellent service we offer our customers. Customer Service is always job 1! We also offer Senior discounts, First Responder Discounts and well as Veteran and Active Military Discounts, as well as a Referral Discount.

Our prices are set up according to the size of your lawn and any difficulties like steep grades, etc... Below is a list of our beginning pricing.

Regular weekly Service...$40.00/service and up

One-Time Service...$45.00 and up

Chain-link fencing is an additional...$2.00/service.

Fertilizer / Pre-emergent Treatments...$70.00/treatment and up

Aerations...$110.00 and up

Overseeding...$145.00 and up depending on the size of lawn.

Straw...$6.00/bale

Delivery (if needed) ...$25.00 maximum.

Disposal fee (if needed from any project) ...$15.00 minimum.

All other projects and services such as mulching, sod install, irrigation system install or repairs are quoted and will include all materials, supplies, taxes, delivery (if any), Disposal fees (if any) and estimated labor cost. Any project over $1,000 will need to have a deposit of no less than $60% down and remaining balance will be invoiced after the completion of the work. All invoices are to be paid within 5 days of receipt. Late fees after 10 days will apply.
